In May 2025, Torbay Council refused our retrospective planning application that we had submitted in April 2024, to remove a small portion of our front garden to create an extra parking space along a very busy road.

We emailed Angharad to furnish her with details of the application, and were amazed how much work she had already done when we met. Her knowledge, research and understanding of the situation and the area was faultless.

From the moment we met, she allayed all our concerns and worries about the whole appeals process. She explained everything in a detailed way that we found easy to understand which included the two possible outcomes of the appeal. She outlined the whole appeals process and the stages that we would be notified, and we were always kept fully up to date with each stage of the process.
